style sheet not working

    Hi

    It seems as if details entered on the style sheet are not taken into account.
    I am trying to make the following changes:-

    #navbar-brand {
    padding: 0px 0px !important;
    }

    #page-title-section .overlay {
    padding: 20px 0 28px !important;
    }

    Kindly use your above code in custom CSS field (Theme dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> header setting >> custom css filed)

    then check your website
