Style sheet Error

    I download and insall your plugin to replace another XML site plugin.
    However, I have had to deinstall becuase I could not fix this error
    url: https://mywebsite/blog/sitemap.xml
    result
    Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)
    /plugins/xml-sitemap-feed/includes/xsl/sitemap-index.xls?ver=4.7.5

    Hi Ed, something may be blocking .xls request. Are you one Apache or Nginx? Any specific rules in your htaccess or conf files?

    If you can send me your website URL via https://status301.net/contact-en/ I can take a closer look at the response headers.

    Note that without the stylesheet, the sitemap will work fine for search engines. They ignore the stylesheet anyway as it’s only meant to make the XML?human readable. You should not have any issues with the sitemaps, just make sure to add them in your Webmaster Tools Search Console and monitor for errors.
