    Hello, I have my website with elementor and royal addons, and every time I make a change in the content of the page, when I reload the website, the styles disappear and that makes my work difficult. What I can do? is it royal addons problem? Thanks.

    Hi, I too have difficulty importing theme builders. There is a bug somewhere because the same theme and your addons I downloaded installed and used also locally until yesterday….It works locally but here online I can’t download your theme correctly. Could you please see what is wrong? I can’t keep my website stuck under construction that long. Thank you very much and good job.

    Hi, thinking it was my website that maybe had some broken keys, I called my hosting service to have it reset, thus deleting the whole db….. Now I have a clean db without any theme or any plugin; I have installed Elementor, I have installed Royal Kit Elementor, I have imported the theme but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t give me anything….. Then I checked the php version of both the remote and local: remotely the php version is 7.4.30 in locally the php version is 7.4.19.So I thought about the wordpress version; remotely is 6.1.1 locally is 6.1.1. Then it’s not the wp version either.How can this happen? Your local plugin works but it doesn’t work remotely. In theory it should be the other way around. I also reset my site so I have nothing left.Would you really kindly (even somewhat urgently) resolve this problem? I work on it with my website and I can’t keep it closed for a long time and on top of that knowing that your plugin doesn’t work. I also thought about porting my site locally to remotely via ftp from my hosting service but, my fear is that I’ll end up screwing up my hosting db because your plugin doesn’t work.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well
