Style is missing, internal wp links not working

    I discovered last night that our blog had lost its theme. The theme is still there and available, it just is not showing up. In trying to navigate around I found that links to the blog folder also were not working. I upgraded to 2.5.1 and I am still in the same state. Is ther something I am missing?
