Ok, and are you using any kind of server-side caching, Cloudflare, or any type of caching plugins on the site? If you’re using a script combining plugin, this would need to get cleared out, too.

Most hosts additionally have a site cache, and some provide a way to flush that cache from the backend account area, can you also check that?
