style.css changes won’t show up and nav bar issue

Add the following code to Apperance -> customize -> Additional CSS

.body_template_two #site-navigation.main-navigation ul li:hover a {
    color: #74baf5;
}

I already tried. It seems like the website does’nt care about the changes done on the style.css… Wondering what is the issue.

Do you add this custom CSS code to style.css file?
