Style changed on upgrade

Hi there… All of sudden after the upgrade, the dropdown style completely changed. See right sidebar on https://guitarpr.com/all-releases/ under “GuitarPR Categories”. Before, it looked like the others. Did you change something that would affect it. If so what?
