Style 2 possible bug with auto-scrolling

Congrats and thank you for the great plugin. It’s really amazing!

I’m facing an issue with the Style 2 form.
The shortcode for the form is placed at the bottom of a long page, and when the page is almost fully loaded it automatically scrolls down to the part where the amount boxes and appears the notice: ! Please select one of these options.

You can see it also happening in your two demos pages, with the opposite result:

To reproduce the issue, scroll at the bottom of those 2 pages and refresh them. They will auto scroll up where the amount boxes are.

Is there any way to avoid this from happening?
