Stupid Question

    My theme is Andreas04-10. I like it ’cause it’s pretty. My server runs Apache version 1.3.34 (Unix), MySQL, and all that stuff.

    Are WordPress files separate from Theme files? It would seem so since there is a File Editor and a Theme Editor. However, I don’t seem to be able to get at my File Editor. Actually I can but with every file name I type in, I get the “Oops, no such file exists”. Words to that effect.

    I want to put advertising on my blog canwetalk.ceconn.com. I can only put in Adsense not other affiliates. They just don’t show up. I wish somebody would help me.

  • you don’t edit wordpress files from the front end

    You have to open them in notebook or one your server editor if you have one.

    Edit the file then save and reupload that file to the appropriate spot.

    Never edit anything without backing it up.
