Stumped with Category Cloud plugin

Ok, so I’ve just installed two new plugins, one being https://agkamai.com/cat2tag which is working well, and does exactly what it says on the tin. The second plugin is the Category Cloud plugin https://zak.greant.com/wordpress-cat-cloud-plugin-v02/

However it’s only listing a certain amount of categories (haven’t excluded any in the config). Even though the categories do exist and all categories have 2 or more posts belonging to them.

I did think it was because of the Cat2Tag plugin however a newly created category I’ve created whilst using the plugin does show up within the Category Cloud.
