stuff is disapearing, help please

Hi, Help, I’m really in trouble now.
My widgets and footers have gone away, they’re still in the building side of the site but since I deleted these plugins – ‘si capcha, seo friendly images, google xml sitemaps, as a test to see why the home page fonts are not obeying commands, and after deleting now all the info in the boxes that should be down the right side and across the bottom of the whole has gone and doesn’t seem to want to come back.

and the theme is 2010.

I built this site recently but as I did I added 4-5 plug ins. After that the format of the work pages shifted to single column and won’t go back to two, the print size commands on the home page aren’t obeying the commands. I figured that the new plug ins made this happen somehow.
* Is there a way to fix everything- the vanished widgets and footers and home page font problems?
* Did I get a virus from a plug in that is wrecking the wp files?
* If its a virus can it be cleaned out?
* Am I kind of screwed and have to build it all again? (3rd time)
