    Hello,

    Every so often, a student reaches out, mentioning that the course is no longer visible on their dashboard. Upon inspection, I’ve discovered that they’ve been unenrolled without any apparent reason. Despite the absence of an expiration date for the course, this unenrollment occurs randomly, affecting individuals who have been enrolled for both short and extended durations. It does not seem to be a universal issue.

    I’m reaching out to seek guidance on any steps or checks that could be implemented to prevent these sporadic unenrollments. Your insights on this matter would be highly valued. Thank you very much! ??
