• Hi,
I’m having some issues with my website. When my students buy a course and I upload it to be completed, they can’t access to the curriculum with their account. It’s been happening for a long time and I need to solve this so my website can work as it should be. Is not happening to all of them, just a few, but it’s hard to work this way. We’ve just update the new version of this plugin to check if it solves it. But can you check with us what could it be happening?

    Can you help us?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

When the user purchases the course, please be sure the status of the order is completed and the order has the username of the student. The student can’t access your course only in the case order is not completed or doesn’t have the username of the student in the order.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please enable the debug log of WordPress to check, Did you try to switch the theme and disable the plugin to check before?

    Thanks

    Hi,

How can I enable the debug log of WordPress in order to send it to you? I don’t know how to do that.
If I disable de plugin I can’t check if it works because the only thing that my site sells is courses. And it was working a few days ago. I tried rolling back the version of Leanrpress tring to find the problem, but I don’t know what else to do.

This is the kind of error I found:
