I am encountering an issue with the student registration page on my website. When students enter their details and attempt to register, the process hangs for 1-2 minutes before returning a 500 Internal Server Error.

    Here are some key details:

    • Everything else, including the course view, works perfectly.
    • Hosting and theme support have confirmed it is likely a plugin-related issue.
    • I have disabled all extra plugins, including LiteSpeed Cache, to rule out conflicts.
    • There is no version mismatch for the Tutor LMS plugin.

If you need to investigate further, I can provide login credentials for a thorough review. Alternatively, you can test the issue directly using the student registration link.

This is affecting my students, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

I am following up regarding the issue with the student registration page. It has been three days since I submitted my ticket, and I am yet to receive a response. This problem is causing significant inconvenience for my students.

Here are the updated findings from my testing:

    • When I disable Tutor LMS Pro Plugin and keep the standard Tutor LMS Plugin activated, the sign-up form works perfectly fine.
    • Activating the Tutor LMS Pro Plugin causes the issue: the registration page loads for about 2 minutes and then results in a 500 Internal Server Error.
    • I have updated both Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro to their latest versions.
    • My theme is also updated to its latest version.

I have thoroughly tested by disabling all other plugins, including caching plugins, to rule out conflicts. This issue only arises when the Pro version is active.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.

i have same error but when student sign up give him black screen with error message :

    ” success’: false , “data” : {“message” : “nonce not matched.”}

    Hello @mohamedalaa192001,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

This issue typically occurs when a caching or optimization plugin is in use, as such plugins can interfere with nonce validation. To resolve this, please try the following steps:

    1. Clear your site’s cache, including the browser cache.
    2. If you’re using a caching or optimization plugin, temporarily disable it and test the signup process again.
    3. Exclude the Tutor LMS pages (such as the student registration page) from being cached. Most caching plugins allow you to specify pages to exclude.

If the issue persists after these steps, please let me know, and we’ll assist you further.
