Student profile photo error

    Student profile photo is not being saved.

    I am getting the error “Maximum file size exceed” everytime I am uploading any photo. When I save, it disappears.

    The latest photo I tried to upload is 4 KB and is 200×200.

    Cover photo has the same problem.

    You need to increase PHP memory_limit, upload_max_filesize and post_max_size on your server.

    I contacted my hosting provider and they double-checked everything. Looks like this problem is about Tutor LMS

    Can you share those values you set on the server?

    Next, check for a 3rd party plugin conflict- specially cache and security plugins. You can temporarily disable those plugins to rule out plugin conflict.

    I disabled the WP fastest cache, Loginizer, and Autoptimize plugins. The result is still the same.

    These are the values:

    php_value upload_max_filesize 512M
    php_value post_max_size 512M
    php_value memory_limit 512M
    php_value max_file_uploads 128M

    Hello @kaanoran,

    Cache files are hard to get rid of so just disabling the plugins without clearing cache wont help.
