Student Profile Page is empty

    Dear Tutor LMS team,

    First I’d like to thank you for the work you’ve put on this plugin, I am loving it so far.
    My issue is that whenever I am accessing any of my students’ profiles through the WP admin panel, it doesn’t show the courses they’re enrolled to.
    The student public profile layout is not set to “private” (it is set to “modern”), yet all I can see is just the top profile banner, profile picture and the biography info.

    I’m using the free version of Tutor. I will highly appreciate your advise on how I can see which courses the student is enrolled to, when visiting their profile page as an admin, or whether this is showing only for Tutor LMS Pro users.

    Regarding your issue, in the free version of Tutor LMS, the student profile page in the WP admin panel does not display the courses the students are enrolled in. This feature isn’t available in Tutor LMS Pro also.

    Dear Rashed,

    Thank you for your response, just to double check my understanding – I’ve watched many tutorials which show that when an admin visits a student profile page, they are able to see which courses they have enrolled to, and their progress.

    So this feature is not available to both free and pro versions?
    Was it available in the past and then taken off? I’d like to check on students’ progress in some way, but at this stage I cannot update to the pro version, but certainly considering it in the not too distant future.

    To clarify, the feature you’re referring to—viewing a student’s enrolled courses and progress directly from their profile page—is not a native feature of Tutor LMS. It might be a feature provided by a specific theme or an additional plugin.

    In Tutor LMS, both free and pro versions allow you to see students’ progress through the course reports and analytics, but not directly from the student profile page.

    Thank you for your prompt response – I am checking the available options in the free version, but there’s no add-on available in the free version which allows me to run a report or check the analytics.

    I will highly appreciate if you can direct me to the right setting to monitor the student progress in the free version, if this is indeed available.

    I’m sorry to inform you that the feature to run reports or check analytics is not available in the free version of Tutor LMS. These advanced features are part of the Tutor LMS Pro version.
