    We’ve had several students say that they cannot move forward with their course. Despite Sensei showing that they have completed the previous class/module, when clicking on the next one, it’s saying they still need to complete the previous one. Our “fix” is to ask them to re-boot, which seems to work for most. For others, it seems to resolve itself for reasons unknown. It would be great if it didn’t happen at all. Is there anything we need to do to fix this?

    Hi Lucien,

    The issue, as you describe, seems to be happening because of caching issues. Please try the following.

    1. Clear & rebuild any website caches you may have.
    2. Ask the students to clear their browser cache and check whether they are able to progress to the next lesson.
