Student Logging in stopped working

  • Students are no longer able to log in. It just stopped working and they are getting this message. “Oops! Invalid username and/or password.” I verified that cache is not enabled.

    How can I correct this issue?

    Did you verify that no server-side caching is in place either? It could be a Varnish issue. I’m afraid I’m not sure what else to suggest and no other users are reporting this issue. Maybe there’s a bad redirect in place, but that seems unlikely too.
