Student Id not update to Learnpress after change completed status on Woo order

After visiting your site, we noticed that you have enabled the “Buy courses via Product” feature and allow users to purchase courses as products without logging in.

If a user purchases a course without logging in, the order will be recorded as a “Guest” order. In this case, the user needs to log in with the same account they used to purchase the course and then go to their profile page. There, they can enter the Order Key that was sent to their email. After entering the correct order key, they will be able to access the purchased course.

Actually I want the user buy the course directly on my page not via Product. But the issue if the user buy course when I disable the Product, the Woo order will not sync to Learnpress order (mean I can see the order on Woo but not on Learnpress).

The workflow that I expect is the user buy course on Course page, then when admin change the order status to “completed” then the order will be created on Learnpress with same user. So the button “Add to cart” will be change to “Start now”. And the order will show on Order Woocommerce table on LearnPress profile.

Btw, I used LearnPress v4.2.7.7, WooCommerce v9.6.2, LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration v4.0.9.

Thank you for your clarification and for providing the plugin versions.

It sounds like you’re using an outdated version of the LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration add-on (4.0.9). Please update the add-on to the latest version, 4.1.6, and disable the “Buy courses via Product” feature. Then, test the workflow again to see if the issue persists.
