Student Count is not working

Thank you for your feedback, our developer is checking but with the case in a level have included a lot the course, some course is full and some course still not full, you want not to allow continue to buy this level or you want still allow buy the level

The setup should be as follows:
1 Course (physical classroom course)
2 Membership levels, weekly and monthly

And we need to limit the course to 15 seats.
So my idea was to put a limit of 15 registered students so it takes into account students from both subscription, so at the end at any given day the class doesn’t exceed 15 students (whether they are weekly or monthly members)

So I want to prevent more registrations after this 15 limit is reached, but since the count is not counting at all , it keeps accepting more.

I mean when you sell membership levels Example you have 2 courses on level A, the first course is full with 15 seats and the second course still have 2 seats, you will allow student can buy level A or not

Yes, the second course will still be available to buy.
In our case it actually the other way around, it’s 1 course with 2 membership levels. , so at the end the course is single and has a single limit of 15 students, but it’s optional if the students pay weekly or monthly.

I think this is quite difficult to do, bundled level purchase will activate courses for students at the same time, not per course.

I think it’s not clear what I need.
1st, my issue is that the count is not working, not sure why it’s working in other cases like below

So this is the main issue, can we know why it’s not working.

now for the levels, the same student will not buy 2 memberships, i mean the same course will have 2 options weekly/monthly and some will buy weekly and some will buy monthly, so i want at the end to limit the amount of students for the course at any given time to be only 15 whether they are monthly or weekly users, anyways this is not the point, the main issue is the counts.

I tried to find another option to implement the logic but the best way is to do it with leanrpress and paid membership pro.

I’m putting the summary of the scnerio again to be clear

-Classroom course with a limit of 20 students in the class
-Students can either pay weekly or monthly for this course
-The important thing is that at any given time the students don’t pass 20 students.

I tried to implement this logic using LearnPress and Paid membership pro doing the following:
-Created the course in LeanrPress with limit of 20 students
-Created 2 membership levels for this course (weekly and monthly)

The issue is that for some reason when I buy any of the membership levels, the course student count doesn’t increment, so this leads to the possibility of buying more than 20 memberships.

even if we forget about the membership levels and the whole scenario, why the course student count is not incrementing when someone buys the course? This is my main issue

I did another test today with a fresh Learnpress installation and created a free course with limit of 2 students and after i enrolled the 2 students, the “enroll” button disappeared which is exactly what i wanted.

I didn’t test it with memberships since i don’t have the paid membership learnpress addon but i believe it should be the same , right ?
