Student cannot purchase course – admin can

  • I am trying to register a new scholarship user for our Triumph Today video course. I have done this over 40 times and have never had “this” problem. The last time I used this process was 9/27/2021. I am not sure what might have changed since then.

    I create the user and set their role to student. (I tried setting it to subscriber as well.)

    In order to set them up as a scholarship student, I go into LearnPress and activate the test key by checking the box labeled “Enable test mode” under settings/payment/stripe.

    Then I go to a different browser (only because it saves me from logging out and back in). I log in as the new user and buy the course with the test credentials.

    Once the course is purchased, I go back to my original browser and deactivate the test key.

    This time, however I see a box that says “undefined” under the “Buy now” field and Buy Now just spins. However, and this is where it gets weird, if I log in as me, an admin, I can buy the course.

    Please help me determine what is wrong.

    Hi,

    Please be sure you use the latest version of Stripe addon for LearnPress.
    Let try to switch to the default WordPress theme and check again.
