stuck widgets

  • I just realized that even though I have no widgets in my tabbed sidebar, there is content from 3 of the widgets stuck there and they are stuck only on three of my pages. I am not sure how there are appearing there or how to remove them given that I haven’t placed the widgets there. I tried adding other widgets to replace/reset but that hasn’t worked. Any ideas?

  • Hummm….long shot, but have you tried clearing your cache?
    Also, does your theme use custom fields? You might check there…sometimes they pre-populate things like widgets.

    thanks but that didn’t work. Even when I load in new widgets the page remains static ??
