Stuck while loading folders

Recently we added a folder navigation tree to Media Library Plus starting with version 3.04. For some users the folder tree never finishes loading and this is due to one or more missing parent folders. If a site was moved from one domain to anther this could happen because not all the URLs stored in the database were correctly updated.
If you are experiencing this problem and you think that faulty URLs might be causing it then we recommend that you use the Better Search and Replace plugin to update ULRs in your site. The plugin has a dry run feature that you can use before allowing it to make changes to your database. We recommend you backup your database before using it. And you should check the option to update guids.
After running Better Search and Replace you would then need run the Media Library Plus Reset plugin that comes Media Library Plus. Even if you did not use Better Search and Replace, using Media Library Plus Reset might fix the problem.
To use Media Library Plus Reset, deactivate Media Library Plus, activate Media Library Plus Reset and select Reset Database to clear the MLP data. Media Library Plus Reset does not remove file or folders from the server. Then deactivate Media Library Plus Reset and activate Media Library Plus which will perform a fresh scan of the files in your Media Library.
