Stuck – search page, missing lists

    Hello,
    I think my version might be 3.49. I am not sure.
    I have been muddling through this for four days. I think I have made great progress so far, but when I look at fanfic.me, I feel disheartened.

    I wanted a drop down menu, but I can barely get the menu to work.
    When I tried to tweak it, I lost my search page. My search page that I had before, went nowhere.
    How do I change my font, so it is contemporary like fanfic.me? All of my dialogue boxes are small. How do I make them bigger like fanfic.me?

    My themes either won’t allow my stories to post or they won’t show my donate and advertising button. I have tried Just Write, Just Content, 20-15, 20-13, and 20-14. They all seem incompatible with my buttons.

    Can you provide an email? I will send you my log in.
    I would delete the whole thing and start over, but I don’t remember all the steps it took to get this far.

    Drop down menus, donate buttons, and fonts are not about the plugin, so this isn’t a plugin support issue.

    We are releasing an entirely new plugin on Jan 19 https://wpwriteshare.com/ so we are no longer supporting this plugin. However, as I said, the issues you’re having aren’t really plugin related.

    I also posted a question about the appropriate theme. I tried the one that you suggested and it presented more issues. In the end, I used SoSimple. It is not all that I wanted, but most of my issues have gone away.
    I sent an email to the posted email acoount and I hope to gewt an answer soon. I lost my search page features when I was tryign to solve the theme issue. My search page goes nowhere.

    Is there a wiki or something where I can search for specific fixes?

    Final comment, it makes sense to provide support until the new plu-in comes out or remove the plug-in from the WordPress list.

    Can you recommend a plug-in that requires user to login to access certain pages?
