    This week, The Events Calendar is not responding to users who are not logged in on our website. It works OK for those that are. The problem goes away after lunch, but comes back the next morning. We have the Pro plugin.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Differences between logged in and logged out users are typically caused by caching or optimization plugins. Please see our Caching Basics article for more information. Do you have any of these plugins activated?

    When I visited the link you provided, everything was working normally for me as a logged out visitor. Can you please share specifically what isn’t working, and perhaps a screenshot or screencast?

    Sill have the problem. It showed up again Saturday, and continued Sunday. The way to identify it is when you go to the site, kwhi.com and click bulletin board from the menu, if it brings up yesterday, then the problem is still there. I deactivated the two caching plugins, and also the optimization plugin, but no difference.

    Thank you for your message and the information. For us to understand fully the situation here, could you please provide us with some illustrated screenshots or screen-recordings of the issue? Reason I ask is because I cannot seem to find what you’re referring to here as “yesterday”.
