Stuck on the Under Construction Page

Hi, we were able to turn on the under construction page (UCP) and it worked easily and well. However, we are trying to turn it off but the UCP still appears. How do we get our live site back? I did hard refreshes on Chrome and Incognito but I still get the under construction page. Please check and let us know. Thank you.
