    Hi there.

    I have a client with a fabric store that has over 500 products synced. (Pulling data from woocommerce > square). All working perfect up until yesterday. Sync decided to stop working and it is stuck with it spinning and greyed out. I have a couple of fatal errors for execution time out (set at 300 the max i can have).

    • I have tried disconnecting square and reconnecting several times, and trying the sync again, no luck.
    • I’ve tried increasing memory limit, no luck.
    • I’ve tried setting the interval sync times to 2 hours, and also 15 minutes, no luck.
    • Square report looks like its updating stock control but not syncing new products which were added today to square.

      I’m currently at a loss at what to do, and the store cannot function currently (In-store square payment system) as they cant sell the items which aren’t syncing to square.

    Please can anyone help?

    As a first step, can you switch the site theme to Storefront temporarily, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Square? Check again to see if the issue persists, and if not, it means there is a conflict, you can then switch back your theme to the original one, and reactivate the rest of the plugins (checking again after each plugin reactivation), until you find the cause of the issue.     If that does not make a difference, please share your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site. And the error logs that you can find by navigating to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.
