Stuck on “tables are generating”

  • I have like this laready for 48 hours : BeRocket AJAX Product Filters Additional tables are generating. They will be used after generation is completed. Current status is 2%

    is there a way to restart/force recount?

    Hello @holamediasolutions,

    Please open admin area -> BeRocket -> Account Keys, then in Errors section select plugin and click “Get Errors”.
    Open first error in list and copy error data to this topic.

    Hello @holamediasolutions,

    Plugin uses wp_wc_product_meta_lookup table to get minimum and maximum product IDs, but in your case I think something goes wrong, because our plugin detect maximum ID as 9802345821301.
    Each run it goes through 5000 IDs.

    You can try to fix this table in WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> Product lookup tables -> Regenerate
