Stuck on Step2

  • Hi
    I have just download wordpress, followed all the install stuff.
    Then when i go onto step2 i get this:
    Second Step

    Now we’re going to create the database tables and fill them with some default data.

    I have left it for ages and it still doesn’t work. What should i do? Also, when i go onto the webpage the blog is set up on, it has everything there. I just don’t have my password. Oh yeh, i am not very good and coding so if i need to change some stuff, i will need help.

    Ok, so i got the admin thing working manually. Then when i go onto the thing and login, i get this:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
