Stuck On Scanning Site

    Hello – I just upgraded to PHP7 (which may or may not have to do with this) and my websites seem to be working just fine. I am trying to make a backup of one of my sites and I click CREATE NEW and then NEXT and it says “Scanning Site” – but never goes past that. I clicked TOOLS then SCAN Validator and it doesn’t appear to do anything.

    What else can I try?

    You might try and check the php error log to see if there are any clues. If you want to go ahead and submit a support help ticket, I can work more closely with you on the issue. Just leave a link to this forum request in the ticket.
