Stuck on processing after paid

    Hello, I use WooCommerce and when someone pay with stripe it stuck him on processing instead mark it as complete, I have receiving money but client is still on processing even after few hours and I need change manually from processing to complete. Is there any fix for this?

    Hi @akinator,

    The default order status for an order which has been paid but requires additional action like shipping or similar is Processing. You can read more about the default order statues of WooCommerce from within this document below.

    The only orders in WooCommerce which would automatically be set to Completed would be orders where the purchased products are both Virtual and Downloadable.
