Stuck on one country after update

    Updated the plugin and totally messed up all fields with full list becoming visible. Finally managed to hide the ones I don’t want to display.

    However now my checkout is stuck on one country (I have enabled 4 countries with a drop-down selection). I can choose another country from the list but now it does not refresh the page to appropriate country payment and shipping methods.

    Any quick fix please? Thanks.
