    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.
On top of the screen of the plugin, you will see the message and button for turning off maintenance mode.

    Best,
    Pim

    Hi Pim,

Yes, I know this, but the URL just has a # at the end and doesn’t actually turn it off.

The plugin is awesome, but i’ve had to disable this until it can be fixed. (I’m pretty sure it’s just me that has the issue, i’ve done a few restores already and it’s been OK).

What does the button do, does it update the database and change a 0 to a 1 at all?

    Thanks

    Hi myndphunkie,

In wp_options table locate meta_key = ai1wm_maintenance_mode, and set it to false is what the button updates.

With the plugin enabled, I can’t find it.. perhaps I am doing something wrong?

Search results for “ai1wm_maintenance_mode” at least one of the words:
    0 matches in wp_options

    Am using phpmyadmin to search.

    Could it be ‘Ai1wm_Maintenance’ ?

    Hi myndphunkie,

What version of the plugin are you using?
If it is the latest one, it should be “ai1wm_maintenance_mode”, but if it is not, you can try to set “Ai1wm_Maintenance” to false.

    I am using v4.6

How do I set it to false? I’ve only managed to figure out how to search in phpmyadmin but my skills are limited.

    Hi myndphunkie,

If the record that you see is set to 1, set it to 0 or if it is set to true, set it to false by editing the record.
