Stuck on Loading Screen

The plugin was working fine until a few days ago. Now every time I go to Global Settings or I want to do something with a gallery (e.g. edit or add a new one), the grey transparent loading screen just keeps going and doesn’t stop.

I use this plugin on another website and it works fine. Just not working on this one. The site has woocommerce but I don’t thinks this is the problem since it was working before. It could be a server problem but I don’t have access to that area, only the WordPress backend.

Is there any way to fix this or will I have to contact the webhost?
