When I create a new page and click on “Edit with Elementor” an error message appears in red saying: “Failed to update, you’re probably offline.” After that, it starts to load the Elementor platform but just gets stuck on the loading logo screen.

The issue started since the first time I logged into my WordPress panel and Elementor was the only plugin installed at the time. I never could start building my webpage.

PS: I’m not offline when the error message appears and I’m even working with other websites using Elementor and this is the only one I’m heaving issues with.

    What I already did:

    Updated the PHP version
    Reinstalled Elementor
    Reinstalled WordPress
    Read Elementor Documentation and FAQ
Tested all WordPress themes since TwentySixteen
Edited the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.

    Nothing worked.

    System Info:

    Console | Elementor Page

Can anyone help me with this?

  • Hi @arthurhenri3 ,

Your site is running on HTTPS while the URLs on WordPress are with HTTP. Under the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, confirm that the entry in the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields are identical to https://bullfi.io/.

If the issue persists, contact your hosting provider and ask them to downgrade the PHP to 7.4 and ask for error logs.
