Stuck on “Downloading backup files if needed”

    Hi!

    I’m trying to restore from google drive. I’ve migrated my domain to another site.

    I’ve configured Updraftplus and it was downloading everything from the remote google drive but a certain point it’s stuck downloading (i think) the last file.

    Any idea? It’s stuck since 2 hours, the file is 2GB i’ve calculated that it must take 3 minutes (compared to the other downloads).

    No errors at all since now…simply stuck

    Hi Michael,

    Apologies for the late response.

    Probably your server has stopped the process due to low server resources.

    As a workaround you can download the files directly from your remote storage and upload it in the “Backup/Restore” tab > click the “uploads backup files” link and drop the files.

    After upload, click rescan local storage to see the updated backup list.
