Stuck on Done Restoring Database

After backing up my old wordpress site with WP-Migration, I am attempting to import the wpress file into my new site. I did a clean wordpress install, and wordpress was working fine. Then I tried importing the wpress file, and it worked fine until it reached “Done Restoring Database.” It seemed to be stuck there. I tried reinstalling wordpress again and starting over with a clean slate, but WP-Migration is again stuck at “Done Restoring Database.” I need help getting my site back up and running properly as soon as possible.

You can see if you visit the site that the index page *mostly* functions normally, but none of the page links work. Not sure what to do.
