Also, please check the fatal error logs (if any) from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choose from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log

Please download and install the WooCommerce Storefront theme from here: https://woocommerce.com/?add-to-cart=565154. Follow the proceeding steps afterwards.

Then, go to Appearance > Themes > My Themes, click Storefront and click Activate this design.

I can’t get this to load a new theme AND I am having a problem with ALL of the options in my store. Any item I have that has an option to select does not work in my store. Customers have contacted me stating that they can’t put anything with an option into the cart. I have frantically changed a lot of my products so that there are no options. Please help!!

From what I understand, this could be due to incomplete product information. Could you go ahead and share a screenshot of the product information for this one, in WooCommerce back-end? Feel free to use a service like https://snipboard.io/ for this.

All of the dropdowns worked prior to when this started. i have several orders that were made in the past using the dropdowns! This only recently started. It is not from incomplete info on my page. Attached is a screenshot of the themes available. I will get you additional screenshots of the errors displayed when a dropdown is used.
