On one of our multi-site sites, whatever you click on in the management back end lands you on the following page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=complianz&websitescan

If you remove anything after admin.php it still sends you to that page. Checked other sites in the multi-site and they are OK with the Complianz plugin.

It actually looks like the plugin is broken.. network deactivated. Version 7.2.0

If you click on any of the admin menu items all you get is a blank page?

    Hello @tobyw7 ,

I’m really sorry to hear that. Could you please reach out to our ticketing system available on our site? We would like to review this error to understand why it is occurring.

    Best regards, Antonio

    Hi @antoiub

I have raised a support case via the portal but I haven’t received any email back on this yet, even to say a case has been raised.

I have a similar issue, each WP admin page redirects to the Complianz dashboard so I have disabled Complianz, which fixes the issue immediately.

    Hello @lanxalot,

as suggested for the other user please open a ticket from our official support center in our website, this way we’ll be able to help you as soon as possible.

Same issue since Friday but nothing really happened. And this is called premium support…

    Same for me.
Downgrading to 7.1.5 has fixed the problem. Better stay out of 7.2.0 until they release a fix.

@leonardotamion , we are multiple people having the issue, so it is probably not just a “specific case issue”. The issue arises when one tries to enable the Website Scan feature. Everything was fine until I opened the notification from Complianz notification on the dashboard and tried enabling the feature.

    Hello @jmaneyrol,

thanks for the report, we are investigating the issue, could you please open a ticket from our official support section in our website in order to ask you more information about your website?

    Thanks in advance.

@leonardotamion this has been a known issue for a week and several premium users have opened tickets and had no reply. We haven’t even had an update.

    Hello @lanxalot,

the dev team is analyzing the issue, we gave it priority but at the moment we’re still working on it. We’re experiencing a backlog ticket related, we’re answering to every user day by day, thanks for the patience.

    Hi @leonardotamion,

Thank you for the update – it’s much appreciated!

Hi @leonardotamion has there been an update o this? I am using the free version and still having the same issue mentioned above. I can see that this issue is supposedly resolved so could you share the fix please? Thank you.

    @dmch94 hi,

    thanks for your message.

Unfortunately the issue has not been solved yet, could you please open a ticket from our official support section in our website? This way we’ll be able to ask you more info about it.

I think I may have the same thing – 30+ sites on the premium I seem to be in a loop where unless I sign up to some kind of newsletter or new feature / install a bunch of partner plugins I just can not get the popup about all this stuff to go away.

@leonardotamion I have contacted your official support as instructed, however I would like to point out that this topic should not be marked “Resolved” until the issue is, effectively, addressed and resolved for everyone (which is obviously not the case yet).
