    Hi @abuhasan

    Try login to your Master Card payment gateway dashboard, and make sure to select ‘Authentication API’ option under Hosted Checkout under Admin – Integration Settings. Click here.

    Please make sure that the shop currency is similar to the merchant id currency. Like if your merchant currency is in USD, the expected shop currency must also be in USD.

    It is the same. It appears that the plugin works fine when using test credentials – https://www.loom.com/share/c0f9be6994a244a2a086f4652a271b23

    Doesn’t work when using the live credentials, gets stuck after entering OTP. As you mentioned earlier, the issue could be from MPGS end.

    MPGS replied with the following:

    “After checking your concern, Please be informed that the issue the Merchant is facing is due to the values in “Merchant Transaction Reference” and “Order Reference” fields. These fields are mandatory and must be unique for each order.”

    Please try with unique numbers in both fields and let me know if you face any other error.
