Stuck on 21.6%

    When creating a package it sticks at 21.6%.

    Happens whether I choose the ZipArchive method or DupArchive.

    Scan says the DB is ~80mb.

    Here are my PHP server settings
    memory_limit: 384
    max_execution_time: 120
    max_input_vars: 5000
    post_max_size: 64
    upload_max_filesize: 64
