I’ve loaded almost 20 “flippers” successfully and easily. (Thank you!)

Now I have one that is just spinning and spinning. The only thing that makes it substantially different from others is that it is wide. Is there a maximum PDF page width for your plug-in? This one has five 16″ x 9″ pages.Thx.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Looks like that flipbook doesn’t have source file set to it. Please check in the settings. If cache plugins are active, try clearing cache.

It would mean a lot to us ??

Hi, I have the same error popping up. It was loading before but now isn’t loading any of the flipbooks on my website (https://www.mdbc.com.my/information/mdbconnects/). I’ve not changed anything from the pages that displayed a couple of days ago, but now they won’t display. Would appreciate help in sorting this out. I’ve tried clearing the cache and have double checked pdfs are connected.

    Thanks.

    Hi @mdbccommunications ,

Your issue is little different from the original thread issue.

Rocketloader, from wp-rocket, is preventing the scripts from executing, The script contains data about the flipbook so it cannot load when blocked.

If possible try adding class df-shortcode-script in the excluded setting of the rockeloader.

Or as per their documentation: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution#what
Use the following string to exclude inline script:
    window.DFLIP

    Best Regards,
    DearHive

Thank you. I’ve added the string to exclude the inline script. Everything works nicely again.

Thanks for all of your help and well done on such a great plugin.

    Hello,

I added DearFlip components to chestercounty-life.com, and they just started all getting stuck on “DearFlip: Loading WEBGL 3D”. I see this error on the page https://chestercounty-life.com/wayne-art-center/ on Google Chrome. The console logs the following two error messages when I load this page.

/wp-content/plugins/…min.js?ver=1.7.13:4 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
dflip.min.js?ver=1.7.13:9 Uncaught ReferenceError: MOCKUP is not defined
        at o (dflip.min.js:9)
        at Array.<anonymous> (dflip.min.js:9)
        at HTMLScriptElement.s (dflip.min.js:9)

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DearFlip plugin by deleting the plugin directory and replacing it with a fresh installed version of the plugin, but I have not tried replacing the plugin by uninstalling it and then reinstalling it for fear of losing the data I have in the database holding the settings and posts I have created in the plugin.

What would you suggest I try to get these working again?

    Thank you,
    Jacob
