Stuck in “Update Running”

    I am running WordPress 6.3.1 with Independent Analytics 1.29.0 I noticed there is a block for Independent Analytics stating: “We’re running an update designed to speed up and improve Independent Analytics. This can take anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes.”

    Another support request asked if the database option “iawp_db_version” is “12” then this means the migration failed partway through. The next step will be to look at the database table named “wp_independent_analytics_session” and check if both the “city_id” and “country_id” columns are empty (they may say NULL).

    In my case the value is 12 and all the columns values are NULL. Meaning the update has failed. How to proceed was not included in the other post. How do I resolve this?
