Stuck in Step 1..

Hello,
I have been using this great plugin for years. But now, since the big update I am not able to use it anymore.
I have created the files (instaler and package) with no problem. I upload the files to a clean hosting and then executed the instaler. But I can get to complete the Step 1.
In this capture you can see the warn/errors about permissions but I don’t know how to fix this permissions issues: https://tinyurl.com/2k4f6t4o
Can you please tell what is I have to do?
Should I change permissions in the origen site before creating the package?

I alredy fixed the permissions issue. But now I have an issue in the “Installing Database” step. It is taking a lot (a lot..) of time incrementing the percentage by 0.05 each time. Capture: https://tinyurl.com/2hn7fxmz
