Stuck in Military time

  • Hello,

    I am having a problem getting the back end to display time in 12hr mode. I have gone to Settings > General and selected every different option that is available for time, but the only thing that is displaying anywhere is military time.

    Has anyone else had this problem? I am using a custom theme so I don’t think that is causing it and I have done the plugin test.
