    Hi all,

I just turned off the maintenance mode but it’s still not showing the actual site. I’ve disalbed the plugin deleted the cache, deleted the cache plugin, cleared the browser cache but still not working. Can you help me or tell me what else I could do?

the site affected is the following: https://bobo-l-escargot.ch

    regards
    Andrew

  • Hello.

    Solved via Support ticket.

    Regards.

    Hi,

I have just the same problem as Andrew (above). The maintenance mode do not return to normal, albeit it says so (?Maintenance is Off?).

I’m working with my dear Mac (10.6.8) and using FF (48.9.2) and Opera.
Ok, they are a bit of old ones, but no problems with any other plugins!

    Hope you would help, soon.

    Hello @yesper.

Thanks for using our plugin and contacting our Support.

Such problems are not by reason of plugin.

Most likely page was cached on server.

You should send request to your hosting provider to clear your server cache and disable Maintenance Mode.

    Hello FC,

And thank you for the quick reply.

I thought of that in the first place — the cache problem. I emptied the cache in FF immediately but no help. Probably the problem is the plugin I’m using: Comet cache.

However, the point is that now I know what to look for. Thank you! ??
