When I click the button to Disable Troubleshooting Mode the page just refreshes and Troubleshooting Mode stays on.

I’ve tried the suggestion in FAQ to close all tabs, clear cookies, and restart computer… doesn’t fix the issue. I disabled child-theme and am using the parent theme only.

I’ve FTPed into server and deleted whole “health-check” folder from plugins as well as the “health-check-troubleshooting-mode.php” file from the mu-plugins directory. No change… still stuck in Troubleshooting Mode.

What do I do?? I’ve been trying to get out of Troubleshooting Mode for 12+ hours and I’m starting to lose my patience.

    Thanks

    -John

    Hiya,

If you are seeing troubleshooting mode, even after removing the file from the mu-plugins directory, your host is more likely than not, doing some incredibly aggressive caching on admin pages (where you really shouldn’t be caching anything).

I would reach out to them, because it’s technically impossible for the plugin to be in troubleshooting mode without that file in the mu-plugins directory.

Yep, correct! LiteSpeed wasn’t clearing properly… I just manually cleared the cache and all is well. ?? Thank you
