    Stuck on the checkout page and cannot continue … button doesn’t continue

    My settings are checked Do Not Sync Data … as I only have digital downloads. I also checked Authroization and Change Virtual-Only Orders for instant downloads. Website is enabled and currently on Sandbox mode.

    I get to the checkout and enter my data on the form and nothing happens when I go to click continue to get to the payment details .. Are my settings this way okay? Is this possible a theme issue …? Any help is appreciated …

    I understand you checkout is not working properly, correct?

    Just to confirm, you don’t get any error messages on the checkout page, right?

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error and Square error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors and for Square
