Have you tried to upload your .wpress file to wp-content/ai1wm-backups using FTP and “Restore” it from the Backups section instead of using “Import from File”?

before this this issue came 2 times ….. after loose my web ..
and again ill upload … my site .. after takes back up … and after ill clich on restore.. button…. now came this issue plz helpe me …
sometimes ill cancelled my site will be loose
