Stuck creating archives

    I’ve been trying to migrate my site across using the siteground plugin but it doesn’t move off ‘creating archives of files’.
    The progress bar has not moved and this is the 3rd time I’ve tried it.
    I have disabled the WP security plugin and tried again but it still hasn’t moved.
    I have woo commerce installed- could that be causing a problem?

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    This error usually indicates that there is something wrong with the current host which interrupts the backup creation.

    This step usually takes a few minutes to be completed.

    Please, check files and folders permissions on your account, disable any security plugins, and check the .htaccess for any leftover or deny rules which can cause the issue.

    If the issue persists, please provide us with the error from siteground-migrator.log file which can be found in the wp-content/ directory.
